I gave myself a little staycation yesterday morning before work and did activities that I knew would nourish me (without food) and make me really happy. I woke up and did some yoga, meditated, and took a bubble bath which made me feel really relaxed the rest of the day. Thanks Jenn for your comment on my blog. I really value your opinion since you have a really balanced approach to health and wellness (which I am trying to incorporate into my life). I just re-read your post about your marathon weight gain (then loss) and it helped put my issues with the scale into perspective.
