I hear ya, Jenn! The craving never really does go away. I was just on SP recipes looking for zucchini bread, and all of them have a ton of sugar or ton of Splenda. Geez...can't win, can we?

Hey Jenn,
I saw your FBG email today about Diet Coke. I, too like a diet coke once in awhile...especially on a HOT summer day! What are you doing to keep away the craving? School will start up soon (I'm a teacher) and the Coke vending machine apparently has a honing beacon on my classroom!

Thanks for the advice about mini meals Jenn. I had mini meals today on my off day from the gym and my hunger was less noticeable than it was yesterday.
