Once upon a time there was a slightly chubby Weigh-In Fairy named Kelly, that kept telling me to go to this website. I, the slightly chubby princess ignored the fairy's wishes and continued to practice weight-loss tactics the same old way. I would lose weight for the King's ball, gain it back, lose it again for the Duke's wedding, gain it back, lose it again for the Royal reunion and yes...gain it back.

Then one day, the Weigh-In Fairy was no longer the slightly chubby fairy...she traded her big wings in for smaller wings, and her underarm did not jiggle near like it did when she waved her wand.

And so, the days passed into Weeks, and Weeks into months and now a year. Then January 17, 2011 the Weight Loss Fairy snuck into my house and cast a spell over me...she said, "At the strike of midnight, you will weigh the same as you did yesterday unless you do something about it!" or some words that meant something like that.

Alarmed, I called my trusty, Royal One Fat Kat and said we need to get on Sparkpeople.com and lose some weight like my Weigh-In Fairy...One Fat Kat also gets the pixie dust weight loss talk from my Weigh-In Fairy. And so, we agree to give this site a chance to help us lose our chubby weight and to live happily, healthier, ever after.

P.S. Feel free to add the Weight-Loss Fairy to your friend list: Acceptingmeasis is her spark name; she still lives as a fairy but gets promoted to ROYAL pain in the butt when you don't do what you're supposed to do! :)

My Goals:
I would love to get to 155 pounds! The last time I was 155 I wasn't as strong as I am now, so I think I will look better at 155 than the last time I was there.


My Program:
I have a personal trainer that I meet with twice a week, REAL early in the morning. I also do cardio atleast twice a week. I'm paying attention to what I eat and have cut back on the soda by about 90%.
