Happy 2222day to you too Faye! Looks like it's going to be nice out today so I will drag that husband of mine along for a strenuous hike. I've got my meals all planned out for today and looking good on the ball work out and the hike for cardio.

I know it can be hard to find motivation sometimes. Try starting with some mini goals that you can accomplish and pat yourself on the back for doing. Cutting down/out soda for a week, taking a 10 min exercise break. Go back and check out the fast break goals. That might give you some tips. Good luck!
