THE THIRD TIMES THE CHARM. OH PLEASE BE TRUE!

I am a 50 year old woman. I am looking to lose about 100 pounds AGAIN,lol. i have done it twice already, but gained it back by not watching myself and not learning to eat right. I know how to eat right but just didn't. I do love my sweets. I am a baker too, doesn't help,lol. i have two children both are grown and have left the nest. Now it's me and my husband and he had 3 heart attacks already so he will be eating healthier too, rather he wants to or not,lol.

My Goals:
I WANT TO START A SUPPORT MEETING FOR PPL TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT. I WANT THEM TO COME HERE SO WE CAN TALK AND SHARE AND I CAN SHOW THEM HOW TO COOK SOME SIMPLE BUT VERY GOOD AND GOOD FOR YOU MEALS. I WANT THEM TO TRY THE MEALS AND THEN BE ABLE TO GO HOME AND MAKE THIS MEAL FOR THEMSELVES.

My Program:
I AM EXERCISING ONCE A DAY AND TRYING HARD TO GET IN 5 TO 6 DAYS A WEEK. I EXERCISE BY DOING RICHARD SIMMONS "SWEATING TO THE OLDIES 2" IT HAS 25 MINS OF LOW IMPACT AEROBICS AND TONING AND LEG WORK AND CRUNCHES , BUTT TUCKS, IT GOES FOR 60 MINS. BUT AFTERWORDS i FEEL GREAT!! I ALSO STARTED TAKING NOTE VERY EVERYTHING I PUT INTO MY MOUTH NOW. I LOVE TO COOK AND CHECK OUT ALL THE SITES FOR LOW CAL, LOW FAT RECIPES. MY HUSBAND HAD 2 HEART ATTACKS AND IN DEC. HE HAD A TRIPLE BYPASS, SO HE NEEDS TO EAT RIGHT TOO. I AM ORIGINALLY FROM Louisiana, AND LOVE TO COOK AND TO EAT!!!

I LIVE IN GA. I'M NOT WORKING AT THIS TIME AND DECIDED TO MAKE THE MOST OUT OF IT AND PUT ALL MY THOUGHTS ON LOSING WEIGHT AND THIS TIME KEEPING IT OFF!!! NOT ONLY TO LOOK BETTER BUT ALSO TO FEEL BETTER, INSIDE AND OUTSIDE.

Thanks for stopping by! Congratulation on the ten pound loss!! You are doing an awesome job!! Are you doing any walking? My husband and I walked at Sweetwater Park this past weekend. The trails there are great. A great workout and nature too. Makes it seem like more fun than exercise.

You have that tracker moving, girl!!! Keep up the good work and you are off to a super start on the recipe book. Several of them sounded YUMMY - especially the cheesecake. I may even take that a step further and make a crust out of fat free graham crackers that are HARD to find!
