Hi, I am so excited to start this journey. I have made efforts in the past to control my weight but with little success that I feel mainly stems from inconsistency....my weakness. My goal is to reach what I consider a healthly weight for me and to increase my overall health benefits. I love how I feel when I am smaller. :) Let's just "Do It"!!
