Health in Action

My name is Lorrie. I'm a two time breast cancer survivor. on a long time path toward health and fitness with increased efforts in the last five years. My top weight was 366 pounds. I have discovered that in order for me to make progress, my food has to be clean and I have to work out a lot more than the standard 30 minutes per day, every day and with more intensity. It takes real effort to drive up the health factors and drive down the weight but I am worth the investment.

Thank you for sending me a message. It has been crazy here the last two weeks preparing our son for state testing. They finished today. Hallelujah! Our daughter has one more to take, then just a week and a half of school left...Yay!!!! Plan to be back in full swing soon! emoticon
