I'm gllad to hear you're getting back on track! What kinds of events are getting you OFF track? If they are events where food is being served, maybe try eating a small meal before hand so you don't end up eating too much at the event? That's what I do to prevent myself from stuffing my face at all these summertime parties!

How are your workouts coming along?

All is well with me, thanks for asking! I'm running up to 7 miles now and am down 20+ lbs. Only 12 more til my goal weight! Keep me posted on your progress, I am here for you if you need any support! Make this a GREAT week!
