I chanced upon your sparkpage. Orange and blue are the colors of our college: Boise State University.

I read your intro and boy can I relate. We love those around us and capitulate so easily to what they want us to do in order to appease them. Well, sometimes that's great, and most of the time it isn't!

Stay strong, stay healthy! You are doing great on your weight loss. Keep it up by continuing to go down.

I am right there with you (I wish I wasn't). Seems like there has been too much going on to fit everything in. I am rededicating this week (after I have let 5 lbs seek back on over the last month). I am going back to the basics get my exercise in everyday and drink my water. You can do it too. We have come too far now to let ourselves slip back. Think how good it feels to be lighter!!!
