Hi and emoticon to Carb Cycling... In order to find out what calories you need, go to the following website:

www.freedieting.com

The calculations will be based on the following:

- Maintenance
- Fat Loss
- Extreme Fat Loss

You can also click on "Get Macro Nutrient Ratios" and it will give the grams of carbs, proteins and fats per meal

On this same page you can also manipulate the ratio/percent of your macros based on: Moderate, Moderate II, Zone Diet (40-30-30), Low Fat, Low Carb and Very Low Carb (Ketogenic), by entering the percentage that you want to follow.

You can also click on: "7 - day calorie cycle (zig-zag)", this will give you the varying calories you need to cycle your calories.

Note that you can utilize all three columns for maximum variations, i.e., Extreme Fat Loss, Fat Loss and Maintenance, and after keeping track of your calories for a week or so, note your progress and lower some of the numbers, on the high end, as needed.

WOW, 6 months pregnant?! That's SOOO exciting! Is this your second? I see in your pics that you have a daughter - is she looking forward to being a big sister?? Aww, I'm really happy for you! My husband and I are planning on starting our family this year. In fact last night he asked me when we are going to have kids, TWICE. I really want to lose these last 15-20 lbs first, and really need to get crackin' on that. Gotta make better food choices!!

Anyways, congrats again, so happy for you!
