    I wish I had some little crystal ball that could help answer tough questions.... especially when it comes to motivation and ENERGY!
    As far as energy is concerned, it helps me to eat a high protein lunch. Your energy takes you farther. Try it! let me know how you feel. I personally tend to stay away from naps, just cause they do the same to me and make me sleepier and then i have a hard time finding motivation to do anything!

    Thank you for the comment on my page. If I have learned one thing from sparkpeople, its TEAMWORK!!! this page really does work and everyone is so motivational. I hope that we can all help with whatever you need. I added you on as a friend, please feel free to do the same ( thanks for asking, it was an ego booster...LOL)

    emoticon to day ONE!!! My advise for today is going to be this:
    learn the site. Take advantage of the food tracker and dont hesitate to ask for support. Try to get your water and veggies in!!!
    Im going to go to water aerobics tonight, and I love it. Find someting you like and go with it!! (then it doenst feel like you have to do it... you do it cause you want to.)
    emoticon will be over before you know it and then you will have emoticon . We are all on the same journey, no need to do it alone. I really do love this site. The people are so helpful and motivational. emoticon
