Gotta Get Healthy and Lower my Blood Sugar

Well, here I am again. I keep trying this thing but to no results. All due to my own indulgences. I am type 2 diabetic and my goal is to get it under control once and for all. I want to be the healthiest i have ever been by the time I reach 50 (Sept 21, 2013). I hope to keep my motivation up but if I have a bad day, I hope not to concentrate on it, rather get back on track and keep going!

My Goals:
God this is so hard. I do really well during the day at the office wheree I can't get to anything sweet. But at night...OMG, i just can't seem to stay away from the sweets. OK, enough, not even any excuses...I just have to do it!!!!

My Program:
Trying to stay away from the sweets. Have been trying to be more active but my arthritis has been terrible lately with the change of seasons.

Personal Information:
I am from Brantford Ontario, and yes I have met the Gretszky family. they are wonderful people.

Other Information:
Love music and I wish I had at least 3 more hours per day to practice. I used to play wind instrumaents but now I am learning piano and guitar. I also love spending time with my family... they are number 1.
