Looking to lose 67lbs in 1 year

I'm a 38 year old working mother of 2 beautiful little girls, and would like to be able to keep up with them. I'm married to a wonderful man who's being very supportive of me and is my #1 cheerleader. I enjoy reading and crocheting stuffed animals in my free time.

Hi.
I heard that anti-anorexia groups were furious for Kate Moss stating "Nothing Tastes As Good As Thin Feels," however, I feel it's a GREAT motto for those of us who need to "put the food down and step away from the table." I added you as a friend to my new site and look forward to any insight you may offer.
I hope you have a great day!

Thank you for the encouragement! SparkPeople has definitely been an eye opener for me. And I have you beat with the soda...today was a good day - I only had 4 - 20 oz. bottles. That was just at work. Normally I would have about 2 more after I got home from work. Since I left work today...it's been water. I've gotten 6 cups in so far and it will be a few hours before bed yet. I think I can get 2 more in before then :)
I am really looking forward to challenging myself and getting my life back with SparkPeople. The encouragement that I have already received in the short time since I've signed up has been amazing. Thank you again for yours :)
And congratulations on the weight loss you have already accomplished! Keep up the great work and let me know if there is anything I can do!

Welcome! If you need a shoulder, a friend or a virtual coffee at some point, drop by and say hello! I've just celebrated my SP seven month anniversary and am amazed at the absolutely incredible amount of support I've received. This is a fabulous site and you will be astounded at what you get out of it if you give it your all.

To celebrate your arrival at SP this Spring season, I would like to wish you a brand new start, never-ending moments of poise and balance and a joyful tip over on the scale to the side of light. I wish you a new dawn, an eternal youth and a morning star to wish on. Whatever battles you are fighting, whatever stresses may come your way, may they melt away with the winter and may you be granted a time of new light and a new life where your wildest dreams come true. ~ Michelle
