Sorry for being absent lately. I'm super busy at work & I don't have internet at home. (friggin' dial-up sucks & I refuse to pay for it!!!)
I'm keeping up with my water (8 glasses per day!) and I'm right on track with my calories etc. Finding the time to exercise though, is where I'm failing...
I'm working 2 full-time jobs and trying to be a "Mom" in between. By the time I get to bed its midnight and I'm up at 5am to do it all over again. Needless to say, I prefer sleep over exercise! (plus this time change kicked me in the ass! I'm soooo tired!)
My weigh in day is Friday, as of last week I'm down 9lbs! I'm hoping to shed at least one more this week to get me to my "half-way" mark. Thankfully all the Halloween candy is gone so I can stay focused. I was having a hard time with that bag of goodies in the house but I stayed strong and only allowed my self 1-2 treats per day and I even entered them into the tracker!

Thank You So much!!! I truly find myself craving encouragement from those who are in the same shoes as me. I to am striving for a 20lbs by Jan 1st, is it going to happen , realistically no, however, it does not mean I can not push myself!!
We can do it, if we want it bad enough!!! I made my goal weight, took me 5 yrs to get there, and now, I'm 30lbs past goal Life can really stink!
