Fat Man Riding

I'm closing in on fifty and I am over 300 pounds. I want to get down to 200 pounds and stick around to see my grandkids grow up. I ride bike nearly every day. 6115 miles last year, so at least I have the cardio part down. Now I have to work on the food intake.

HI! I also have a love affair with my bike. His name is Gary and we spend a LOT of time together. (It's a Gary Fisher mountain bike) Anyhow, I added you as a friend. I figured we can swap bicycling stories!

Use the fitness tracker when you ride your bike or whatever cardio you do. Also, use the nutrition tracker to track your food.

It was a little chilly. I rode 11 miles today and it was good, if cool, except the wind was vicious!
