I turned 40 this year and am the largest I have ever been. After each pregnancy of each of my 3 children I always retained some weight. Since having my last child 4 years ago I have just piled the weight on and am totally mortified everytime I see myself in a mirror or a photo of myself. It is time to do something about it...

Fitness Minutes: 10,860

My Goals:
I need to lose weight & get toned so that I am happy with my body image instead of disgusted in it.

My Program:
I am not following any diet or specific eating plan, I'm not weighing anything or counting calories. I am simply being much more concious of what I put in my mouth. Instead of having 3 biscuits with a cup of coffee I'll have 1 biscuit and that's maybe only once a week. Instead of having a handful of chips I'll only have 2 or 3. I've actually started drinking water on a daily basis instead of just when I'm feeling thirsty. I have started walking and riding my exercise bike and also doing some strengthening/toning exercises.

Personal Information:
I was born and bred on the Atherton Tablelands, Far North Queensland, Australia and that's where I still live. I'm a country girl who is not into dresses, fancy jewellery or make up.
I have been married for 16 years and we have 3 beautiful children aged 15, 13 and 4.
Before having children I was always active having played netball for many years, roller skating 2 - 3 times a week and walking everywhere. Just couldn't seem to find the time or energy once the kids came along.
