I would like some advice on how to lose weight and how to keep myself moviated. I have met my goal weight. I lost 20 pounds and it took me 3 years to get it off. I have gained 10 pds back and I need to eat better and exercise more. I need to keep myself motivated everyday and make sure I work out everyday. I do better if I exercise first thing in the morning. Then I can start my day off with exercising and hopefully end with a strecth at night or a walk or a swim. My Goals:
I have gained 15 pounds back. I plan to get back into exercising and eating right. I need encouragement and lots of feedback. My goal is 125 pounds and to go no higher than 130 pounds.
I feel comfortable at this weight and I hope to accomplish this goal.
Let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions on how to lose weight and how to stay in shape.
