One day at a time

Being over weight for most of my life has been a not so fun trail,and now I'm sick of being over weight and I'm doing something about it.Thanks to sparkpeople.com I can now know where i'm supposed to be in my food intake and with exercise.I would love to do a 5k in 30 mins. I'v never done any kind of 5k before,but i am in trainning for one.I know that I don't have to do one in 30 mins,but it's my happy goal!....update 3years later I did do a 5K(ColorRun) but it wasn't timed and I loved it. ...

Walked & jogged. Now I'm building muscle and still trying to lose body fat.
