It seems that no matter what I do I just keep gaining... Granted my motivation tends to yo-yo and having to sit for hours a day for college never helped BUT now I am graduating and hope to have more time to dedicate to a healthier me

My Goals:
- Lose 110 lbs
- Be healthier
- Quit smoking.... end the panic attacks
- Be beautiful

My Program:
In order to lose weight, I'm simply reducing calories at first, then I hope to make small changes to that diet to include healthier foods

I am also doing the Insanity workout program and the Biggest Loser tapes

As far as quitting smoking: I use smoking to assist in ending a panic attack, so once I can mentally overcome those, I hope to be able to lose the crutch

Congrats on joining SP! It's a great site with some nifty tools and some awesome people!
The trick is to just take it one day at a time and one decision at a time.
Focus on what you can do today to help you get to your end goal and remember not to sweat the 'bad' moments. It's part and parcel with this journey we're on called life!
