My Goals:
I want to look Fabulous and feel Fabulous when I turn Fabulous 50 in 2008! And, I really want to meet Keith Urban!

My Program:
 Eating almost no sugar and trying to eat only good carbs.
Finally! started exercising again after years of not doing it.
Walk Away the Pounds Walk/Jog.

Personal Information:
I am currently a college student and will have my Associate's Degree in Social Work in 2008. I also turn "fabulous 50" in 2008 and will be married to my husband, Danny, 25 years in 2008.
I wear many hats at the Baptist Church I attend and I''m an Administratvie Assistant during the day. I've lost and gained weight over the years on Weight Watchers, Atkins, you name it. Losing Weight is not my problem, keeping it off is where my struggle lies. I am hoping to find exactly what I need here.

Thanks for your sweet words on my page! Actually, Keith prefers blondes, I think, so my old color might have made a better impression. lol But I am starting to like the more natural color...and I really love the cut.

I think it's important, especially as we are getting in shape, to treat ourselves well. Having nice hair, face, fingers and toes...all of it works to make us feel beautiful, don't ya think?

Keith would be proud, I'm sure! If only I could tell him what he's done to me!!
