No BS'ing Everyday To Keep the Pounds Away... Forever!

On or around March 24, 2012 I created a diet based on daily intermittent fasting principles and the No S diet, called the No BS Diet (No breakfast, no snacks, no seconds... except during social occasions). My main goal is to change my eating habits to those outlined in my No BS diet, so that I never have to worry about weight gain again (except for life circumstances, such as pregnancies).

Hi Fass,
Your picture is so great that it's hard to imagine you needing to lose 38 pounds. Hope you reach your dream. emoticon
Following up on the IF (for you BS) I actually DO eat breakfast, but when I'm IF-ing, I just have it later in the day, so my first meal is about 9:30 or 10 a.m. and my last meal is at 6. For women, the parameters are a little looser than for men. Good luck. I'm leaving for 3 weeks out of the country next week, so won't be on SP then.
