Joining spark people to help make work outs and keep track of what I'm doing. I feel it helps me when I have a set schedule, and a plan, as it gives me a little acountability.

Also I would like to keep track of what I eat, for the same reason. I want to be a healthy person, and I think it will be easier to motivate myself if I can keep track of my progress.
