When I Reach My Goal Weight I'm Going to Dress Like a Slut!

.....ok well maybe at least once on the slutty clothes thing.....
I'm Farrah, 32 yr old mother to one son Harry Rex who is every minute of 4 years old. I'm finishing up my BA in Criminology and am going to Grad School next fall for Middle Eastern Studies. I'm currently going through a Deeevorce and living near Austin Texas. I've allowed the separation and all the attendent stress affect my health and I put 30 lbs, previously lost, right back on in no time flat...if only losing it were as ...

Things have calmed down a bit and I'm ready to recommit to my health and to regain some of the self-confidence I lost. It's time to take control over things that I do have control over, namely what I put in my mouth and how I exercise my body. This isn't just a new chapter in my life it's a damn new book. I'd love to meet men or women in similar situations or who are just ready to get up out of the dust of the wagon we just fell off of! Newly single? What more motivation does a girl need? My Goals:
1. To have more energy and be more active.
2. To get back down to my lowest weight (198) by March 1
3. To lose 10 lbs by Dec 3.
4. To keep and stick with my fitness plan.
5. To really watch my portions and make better choices.
6. To make all of this a permanent lifestyle change for myself and my son.


My Program:
Nutrition: Meal Track to get a good idea of how I'm doing on portion size and intake. Also to remember what serving sizes "look" like.

Fitness: At least five days a week cardio: road walking or elliptical Strength Training: 2-3 times a week.
Core Training: 5 days a week.

Personal Information:
I LOVE to travel and lived in Europe from 2000-2003. I loved it and hope Harry and I can go back there someday.
I''m an inveterate reader so if you love to read, I''d love to swap favorite titles!

HEYYY!!!! It's me Davida.. AGAIN!! We were "buddies" almost 3 years ago here.. I got down to 115, after my divorce as well. Here I am again after another 18month failed relationship Im newly single and ready to kick those 21 pounds I have to go. Lets buddy up again! Keep in touch!
