Si se puede!!!
Last year was my first as an adult doing exercise and trying to be fit and healthy; and it felt really good. My goal was to lose 10 kilograms, going from 74.4 to 64.4 and I managed to be 64.0 by July 2012, but then packed 2-3 kg. back on. My weight as of January 1, 2013 was 66.6 kg.
