Today is the first day of starting over!

Hi everyone! I am a happy 20something year old, happily married, i love my job and have a wonderful group of family and friends! I have been overweight my entire life, and generally the typical yoyo dieter. I am no longer dieting but adopting a healthier lifestyle including healthy eating and regular exercise.

I think I am like a lot of people when they set out to lose weight but decide to climb the mountain and not ending up succeeding.

I think I am like a lot of people when they set out to lose weight but decide to climb the mountain and not ending up succeeding.
I have approx. 100 lbs to lose to be in a healthy weight range and am going to start off my journey by setting smaller goals to help me meet my ultimate goal!

Why do I want to lose weight? well lets be honest, i want to look better, feel better and eventually be able to run around with my children one day!!!!
