Spark has so many great things to help with the journey! I love the food and fitness tracker it keeps me accountable. I have found that I love working out and it helps combat my stress, in fact my family now says have you got your workout in, cause you seem stressed to us, and they usually are right I have not done it yet!
The site also helps with meal planning lots of great recipes. But the best part of Spark is its people they are some of the most inspirational people I have every meet. Make sure you join some teams and some challenges that also helps me!
