WTH!?!? I'm FINALLY doing it!!

I'm a 37yo obese (morbidly?) woman.....that wants out of this body and into one that allows be to be healthy and much more physically active!!!!! My GF Andrea has buzzed my ear so much (actually getting back at me for my 6am wake-up call to go swimming while in college :-) that I'm finally trying out this Spark phenomenon. I would love to do it the "easy" way.....but in the meantime....this is a start...baby steps.

My Program:
Increased my intake of water, cut out Coke almost completely (rarely I will have a can), cut back on the amount of milk I drink (I used to drink about 6-8 glasses/day), and trying to eat less overall. On the exercise front, making a consious effort to exercise each and every day - usually walking the dog more :-)

Other Information:
I can't weight (pun intended) to run w/o pain/injury, go kayaking, play beach volleball again, go water skiing, horseback riding, learn to dive. I can't WEIGHT TO LIVE!!!

Come on Shell. Get your booty moving. Exercising is only a small part of losing weight. You have to watch the food intake as well!
