It took me a couple weeks to lose anything !! I had a bad habit of barley eating (500-700 cals a day) on most days then one day a week eating well over 2500 cals in one day. think my body was in shock !! LOL !! Then I lost about 3 pounds a week for a couple months last 2 weeks not so much but I pushed up my cardio . I think this week will be a good one I am already down almost 2.
I see you lost 5 already that is great!! You will have some great weeks and some not so great.
