How are you doing?

I am the new leader of the "Losing Pounds 2 at a Time" team. It would be good if you could come and see what changes I've made ~ and give me ideas as to how I can improve things.

Hey ms. lady! Soooo glad to hear from you! It took me a minute to write back to you because it's been so crazy on my side. I worked really hard all spring to get my weight back to moving down, so thanks for the comment. I mean I was "fist fighting" the battle of the bulge...lol. Cut practically everything out of my diet, that was tough, but I'm finally at my half way mark. Now NBA Championships are here in Miami... then I got accepted to grad school on Friday and before that was stressing over the whole process big time, lol. So that's now over and I've been able to go back and say hi to my lovely friends on SP.

So glad you're back! It has been a majorly LOOOOOOONG time. Crazy how time just flies by...

Meantime, no worries that you're at a standstill. Happens... what are you doing TODAY to push yourself forward? Cutting sugary drinks to drink more water? Taking a walk or exercising when you get home? Making a healthy lunch for tomorrow? Weighing yourself? Lmk.
