My first goal is to get my size down to wear something nice at my aunt's birthday. But my biggest goal is to lose enough weight and inches to regain my health.
I am going to the weight room when I can and will add in some strength training at home. I also do some Zumba.

You mentioned somewhere else that you like natural remedies for lowering cholesterol. Here is one: Everyday you eat one tablespoon of sunflower seeds with your lunch (peeled and unsalted) everyday at your dinner, you add one tablespoon of flaxseed meal to your food. Everyday at night, you pour one teaspoon of chia seed in half a glass of water, let is stay overnight and you drink it when you are having your breakfast. The chia seed will set free its oils and convert water into a light flavorless jelly drink. The three sets of seeds hake kept my famili away from cholesterol for years. God bless you.
