Happy Saturday! I stopped by to meet Orzo. He (?) is a beautiful tuxedo kitty! My Houdini wants to lay on top of me when I am on the computer, which makes it difficult sometimes to actually see what's on the screen. Rascal Too would prefer to wait until I leave it open unawares, and then lay on the keyboard which causes various keys to be pressed.

They are very spoiled kitties, I want their life sometimes! LOL!

Hi there. I was on a wheat and yeast free diet for almost 12 years. I also gave myself allergy shots 4 in each thigh once a week. I went to an allergist and after 100 hours fasting only Spring water I was tested subcutaneous.
After the long fast I ate only potato for a week, then rice and after that I added single items to my diet every 4 days. I look back and wonder why I went through this but I have to admit I now know how to eat for my body. I am doing great.
I use mostly oats from health food store but they package it there so I am sure there will be cross contamination.
BOB"S red Mill cleans the grinders and once cleaned the oats are processed first to keep it gluten free. Read the story on the pouch I did.
I no longer have G.E.R.D. taking no meds feeling no heartburn or indigestion eating the way I do. These days I am doing great I never think about it. I just avoid too much yeast bread. I eat it sparingly and another issue I have is HFCS and any artificial sweetener.
I am diabetic but I would rather eat sugar or Stevia. The others make me ill especially SUCRALOSE now there are some ARNOLD products using STEVIA like Arnold thins really help.
I used lettuce leaves and large Zucchini in place of bread. Just put whatever between slices or wrap it up in lettuce leaves.
I just need to tell you if you use a rotation diet. It really helped me a great deal. I used library books and read about these things.
I have a small grinders and I can grind out bran or steel cut outs any of them in to flour. Take care Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon

I made myself a snowball,
As perfect as could be,
I thought I'd keep it as a pet,
And let it sleep with me.
I made it some pajamas,
And a pillow for its head,
Then last night it ran away,
But first - it wet the bed!
