Welcome to my page! I am an energetic woman who has always liked to be active. During my uni days and for years after I taught aerobics and then women's kickboxing. I never thought I was in the best shape and I was always striving for more. Now I realize I was in really good shape and my goal is to get back to that person!

Welcome to my page! I am an energetic woman who has always liked to be active. During my uni days and for years after I taught aerobics and then women's kickboxing. I never thought I was in the best shape and I was always striving for more. Now I realize I was in really good shape and my goal is to get back to that person!

My husband and I were blessed with a little baby boy in June of this year. Although I believed I was eating just the right amount and exercising throughout my pregnancy I was astonished by the weight I gained and was very disappointed when it didn't immediately 'fall' off. I started faithfully using Spark at the end of October and realized I was eating too many calories for what my body was burning. I was eating healthy foods - but my portions were too big. Since then I have lost 1-2lbs per week and I am feeling a lot more optimistic and confident about what I need to do.

Walking 5-6 miles per week

Interval training 2x week

Cardio video or elliptical 1-2x week

Strength training 1-2x week

Pilates 30 min per day plus 1 class per week
