Not really looking to lose much weight for the most part since I am within the range for my height and my clothes are feeling and looking quite good lately. I want to maintain a healthy lifestyle is why I joined Spark People; to keep gaining motivation to stay with exercise & a good nutrition lifestyle. Plus my mood is always great after I exercise and I can see and feel the benefits of working out regularly!
Making sure I am tracking, calories out are more than calories in for the day, keeping calm and even, practising meditation, deep stretching and proper breathing. Each month I will have short term goals and set long term goals. Also making sure I have time for my writing, journaling, reading, cooking, learning foreign languages, making sure I am taking care with my emotional health and having fun with my life~
