FANCYJ, I saw your comment to Shawfan we have a post on the Perimenopause team it's called **SPARKLIGHT A MEMBER** ALL whom had success have shared with us there success. I guess it's not a highlighted post any more you can find it under the post "Introduce Yourself to Team Forum" Shawfan shares her story with the whole team how she got to were she is.

to the Perimenopause...Team. Please do feel free to ask questions. We are a friendly group of ladies all going through the same Season in our lives. emoticon

Please feel free to check out our Team's goals. We purposely made them just for our Team.

For example, the 'stretching 5 minutes' is important, especially when we feel too hormonal to exercise. The next best thing is to stretch a little. It can help us feel better in the long run.
