Hey to all, I am 30yrs old and preparing to lose about 80lbs overall. By losing the weight I want to feel as beautiful as I once did, I want to get in not only the best shape of my life but I also want to be healthy. I have lost myself throughout the years and I want to get ME back. I miss being able to go to stores and buy clothing and feel great about myself or look in the mirror and say "You go girl, you rocking that". I now avoid mirrors or I look at them fast get disgusted and walk away. I want to wear heels again and skirts and feel like a woman. I have not worn a skirt or heels in years and that is something I am dying to do. The beginning of Aug 2013 I found out I was 6 weeks pregnant and three weeks later I was told by my obgyn that I lost the baby. I couldn't help but think it was because of the unwanted pounds that my baby didn't make it. I am more motivated this time around than I have ever been an I know by reading this site, looking at other SP blogs and doing a lot of research on weight loss and healthy eating I will and can reach my goals. I am reassured by this site and so many others that my goals can be accomplished but will take a lot of hard work, consistency and determination. I AM READY!! Wish me luck on this journey!!

Im going to give myself small goals that will work up to The Ultimate Reward!!

1. Work out 3-5 days per week.

I'm a southern belle...A newly married lady enjoying married life. I'm so ready to get this weight off once an for all. My daddy says I've been on the same diet for ten years and he's probably right, LOL! I'm striving to lose this weight for me and my family. This journey ahead of me is going to be long but I'm in it for the long haul. It's time to start doing and stop trying. Here I come world, Look out!!! Smile
