Hi there, I too am an avid hiker and love to hike from May until Oct/Nov. I love being in nature and feeling like I have achieved something when I get to the top of the mountain. I will be turning the big 50 in two days (May 19th) so am looking forward to a new start. I started this program two weeks ago so am a newbie. I would love to be buddies with you.
Hi There...After having experienced my own weight loss miracle I want to cheer you on and declare myself a testament, it can happen. At greater than 50, I was told to accept my weight and grow old graciously...I was willing to. But now, oh so grateful to declare success, I know we sometimes accept things we really don't have to. Hi neighbor!...[I live in Jamestown] I love your nature photos!..I too,am limited by the exercises I can do,but,I can walk on the T.M...Not fast,but,I'm moving!...I also march in place each day for about 15-20 min.
