I started slacking off tracking my food and exercising in 2014. By the end of the year my joints were so stiff and I was having a lot of joint pain. In 2015 I have been slowly getting myself back on track. Resuming my morning stretch routine has done wonders for my joints. I feel so much better. Now I need to tackle my eating habits!

My ultimate goal is to feel healthy. The number on the scale is not as important to me as feeling healthy and strong.

My Program:
I am using the advice from Spark to plan my meals. Eating more vegetables is still a challenge for me. For exercising, I will walk the dog more and use Spark videos.

Thanks for the scale goodie! Yes, I went to Kmart yesterday and got a scale...my first weigh in is on Monday and after that I'm going to weigh myself every Monday. I did great without a scale for a long time but I think that having one now is best for me for this point of my journey.
