Spring 2014

I let myself coast during the end 2013 and beginning of 2014. I can feel the difference in my energy and general health. In April I decided to pick myself up and start moving again. It's been rough but I'm slowly bringing back my healthy eating habits and workouts. Now I need to keep my motivation.

My ultimate goal is to feel healthy. The number on the scale is not as important to me as feeling healthy and strong.

My Program:
I am using the advice from Spark to plan my meals. Eating more vegetables is still a challenge for me. For exercising, I will walk the dog more and use Spark videos.

Thanks for the scale goodie! Yes, I went to Kmart yesterday and got a scale...my first weigh in is on Monday and after that I'm going to weigh myself every Monday. I did great without a scale for a long time but I think that having one now is best for me for this point of my journey.
