My ultimate goal is to feel healthy. The number on the scale is not as important to me as feeling healthy and strong.

My Program:
I have joined the 5% Spring Challenge. For this challenge I am using the advice from Spark to plan my meals. Eating more vegetables is still a challenge for me. For exercising, I will walk the dog more and use Spark videos.
