I started slacking off tracking my food and exercising in 2014. By the end of the year my joints were so stiff and I was having a lot of joint pain. In 2015 I have been slowly getting myself back on track. Resuming my morning stretch routine has done wonders for my joints. I feel so much better. Now I need to tackle my eating habits.

My Program:
I am using the advice from Spark to plan my meals. Eating more vegetables is still a challenge for me. For exercising, I will walk the dog more and use Spark videos.
