Spring 2013

The Spring 5% Challenge started 5/11/13. During this challenge I want to work on consistency in my workouts. I always get my walking done but my strength training is hit or miss. This is something I need to get control of.

My Program:
I am using the advice from Spark to plan my meals. Eating more vegetables will be a challenge for me but I am going to do it. For exercising I will walk the dog more and use Spark videos.
