Last 10 lbs!!

Hey everyone,
I'm Jenn, 25 from Toronto. I'm a retail assistant manager and a certified personal trainer.

I used to be in amazing shape, went to the gym 4 times a week and was always very active. Then I had a few very tramatic things happen, and it all went down hill. I stopped going to the gym, I was eating all the wrong things, it just wasn't a good time for me.

My life has been getting back on track lately and I'm starting to get my modivation back as ...

My Goals:
*To go from 130 to 120 by June*

*To quit smoking by May 29th*



My Program:
I'm going to the gym 3 times a week.

15 min warm up running on a treadmill, 30 mins weight training, another 15 mins on the treadmill, a cool-down session of 5-10 mins.

Also on my off gym days, I use Tony Horton's 10 min trainer.

I'm so excited that you want to co-lead the Ski and Snowboard Team!!! I love this team and it's members and wish that I were more active in Spark People these days to keep them posting and squatting!
