Step: 1 Get honest. I must honestly see the habits I need to fix. If I refuse to recognize them, than I canít fix them. We take it for granted our precious health.
Step 2: Donít eat processed foods. Why would we put things in your ONE AND ONLY body it was never designed to use for fuel?
Step 3: Get moving. Whatís the number 1 factor in longevity? Aerobic capacity. Your heart and lungs must be challenged. The same goes for your skeletal muscles. Your body ages a lot quicker without use. You will rust out long before you will wear out.
Step 4: Take some kind of healthy and positive action. I have to get started doing something right NOW. It doesnít matter what it is. Something is always better just nothing. Nothing is my greatest enemy on earth. Nothing will take away everything, faster than anything.
Action is the real key. Taking action will reveal where I need to review things. It takes one main step to have a personal weight loss success story.

Finished week8 tonight! I decided to switch things up and jog at night cause the am jog has been sweltering. It was awesome, for the second time since starting this outdoor adventure I actually enjoyed myself. Can't wait to start week 9 tomorrow night!
I finally started week5 yesterday. I'd been putting it off cause the thought of jogging 20min straight by the end of the week is terrifying. I've decided I can do it....maybe. I guess if I can't I'll just try until I can.
