My goal is to live a healthy life and learn to take care of myself, my mind and my body.
I am counting my calories and incorporating more exercise into my daily living.
I am at a great place in my life right now. I have finished up my first full year of teaching, I am engaged to a wonderful guy, I am planning a fall wedding for 2013 AND my fiance and I are house hunting for our first house. With all of this happiness comes a lot of stress and I have let myself get lost in an unhealthy lifestyle. I am trying to change that.
