Thank you for stopping by my page :) You are beautiful and your family, too! I like how you have fitness minutes as your goal. When I first started off, I rarely exercised, but now, with a 92 lb loss, I am enjoying running on the treadmill as well as strength training with weights. It's so exciting to be an "almost" normal size :)

Hi! Thanks for stopping by. We do have a lot in common! I must admit I am looking forward to wrapping this school year up. I have had the Transitional Kindergarten class this year. I am proud of them. Everyone is reading at this point, but I am exhausted! It's hard to find time to focus on health and fitness in our profession! I find that I have to get a little workout done in the morning because I am simply too wiped out when I get home at 5:00 to do anything! So, it's 6:15 AM and I'm going to get a bit of strenght training done and off to the kinders I go! Hope you have a great day!
