My Goals:
Trying different things I might enjoy.
Being more creative without worrying about what other people think!
To have a picture taken of myself in a field holding a bunch of ballons :)
To lose weight and feel great!
To create a webpage for my sons poetry.

My Program:
My program is a combination of proper food combining, controlling the carbs, consuming no sugar except for some maple syrup on sundays :) or honey.
Definitely no processed foods!
Working out on my stationary bike daily and walking Starting weight lifting for upper body strength.
Also lots of stretching before and after exercise as well as Deep Breathing........it's amazing how much extra oxygen aids in improving overall health. Not yoga per say, I like a few of the poses but I would be sure to hurt myself beyond that.
The Deep Breathing I learned about was from a book written by Paul Bragg called "Super Brain Breathing" Awesome stuff!! Very effective!!
Prayer and meditation absolutely necessary in order to accomplish anything!

I enjoy imagining how things function and interact. Life is interesting!
I like Harmony and Peace.........being thoughtful and considerate of others without being codependant. :)
