I told SP that I wanted to lose 100 lbs between 1/1/13 and 1/1/14 and SP told me that I should consume between 2000 and 2350 calories per day and I should burn 1340 calories per week. Well, I don't currently track my food or exercise, mostly because I'm not entirely sure how to do it correctly, but I figure that if I cut out pop and eating out and try to make a real effort to bring more veggies into my diet and less junk food, I've absolutely got to see results because it's so much ...
