Running 30 minutes a day is a perfect challenge for yourself, you can start with that one, and once you're doing that everyday, you can come up with something else that you need to work on! :oD 3559 days ago
Hey! I hope you join!! For my first challenge, I started out with something that I was having trouble with-exercising consistently-so my first challenge is to do Cardio everyday for 30 minutes. You could check out one of the ongoing challenges, and do something for it everyday for 21 days. If you don't drink all your water, commit to drinking at least eight 8oz glasses per day. If you look in the "First 21 Day Challenge" thread you may get some ideas from some of the challenges others are doing working on...I just posted the "21 Day Challenge Check-In" so, everyone will be posting on their progress in there (eventually)...some have posted in there, you can check it out for ideas too.
It doesn't even have to be a weight thing. My second 21 day challenge, which I started today was to work on organizing my home--working with the flylady.net techniques....anything you need to work on, or need support with!
