FAITH TO TRY AGAIN
I have PCOS/Insulin resistance. I have been battling obesity unsuccessfully since childhood and done a lot of different diets - time for a new lifestyle! I need to lose at least 115 pounds! Current plan of action: Exercising 30 minutes a day and eating lower carb diet (no added sugars, no wheat) with as many veggies as possible.
