    Hi - Thank you for responding to my blog. I'll tell you that I do eat but I exercise like all get out to make up for the food I consume. If I have a bad night, I do 60 min. on the elliptical (that is my punishment, however, I flip thru TV stations to make it less painful). I try to eat a good breakfast and lunch, and dinner but sometimes snack badly. I reached my goal weight 5/24 and 10/1 I was right on but I know I lost a couple from the flu so I want to persevere as I will be 55 next month, and that is bad enough! Have a great weekend! emoticon
