Transcendent beauty!

My doctor has put me on a 1500 calorie plan and 4 miles per day~ I can DO THAT!!
Long range plan is to lose 58 lbs (76 lbs total) AND I would like to remove 6 inches from my waistline by end of September 2014...just in time for the Spoonbread Festival 5K!
