I have been on this weight loss journey for most of my life. It is the one obstacle that remains. Recently, I have begun to view and understand the grip of this addiction...much like that of any addict! I wake up everyday thinking about "my fix" and how I will get it accomplished. This is a new insight for me in 2015. I finally HEAR what folk mean when they say that certain foods are their "triggers." I can see clearly now ... in the context of a junkie! WOW.
