JUST DO IT

I am 58 and have just been diagnosed with diabetes. My fasting blood sugar level was 189 in January 2012. I am about 60 lbs. overweight and I haven't been exercising at all - nothing..

It's time for a big change. I know I will have to set small goals to start so I am not overwhelmed. This time I am not going to give up. I want to live, be healthy, enjoy my life and be able to assist others in the community.

My Goals:
1st I want to exercise 15 minutes a day, no matter what.

2nd I want to not eat after 9:00 pm at night.

3rd I want to stick to the program.

Last, I want to beat diabetes.

My Program:
I am using both the nutrition tracker and the fitness tracker. I am doing the 15 minute desk workout 3 days a week and riding a stationary bike 2 days a week. On the weekends I am walking for an hour.

Personal Information:
I am a Florida country girl. I love my home but outside is everything: the trees, fresh cut hay, birds, flowers, my horses and dogs, stars at night, the moon, etc. I adore my sis, my mom, my husband and grandson.
